Doris, age 99, of Shell Lake died Fri. at Terraceview Living Ctr. She was born in Cumberland, Wi. to Christian & Bertha Anderson Tyvoll. She graduated from Cumberland High School and then River Falls Normal School. She taught in Deer River, Mn. and in Cumberland, Turtle Lake and Shell Lake Schools, retiring in 1959. She was married on July 3, 1941 to Ole Flottum in Lindstrom, Mn. who
preceded her in death in 1984. She had nine brothers & sisters. Doris loved golfing and bowling. She was a member of the Order of the Eastern Star and the Shell Lake United Meth. church. She is survived by her son James (Lynnette) of Hayward, three grandchildren: Scott Flottum, Shellee Lake, both of Hayward, and Sam (Jennifer) Flottum of Rochester, Mn.; five great granddaughters; Jessica Flottum, Kayla & Kristen Lake, Sydney & Sierra Flottum and many nieces and nephews. Her funeral will be on Tues, March 29, 2005 at Shell Lake Meth. church with burial in the S.Lake Cemetary. Pallbearers will be: Scott Flottum, Sam Flottum, Paul Flottum, Tom Flottum, Richard Poukey, Tom Wilson.
