John Franklin Carver ("Jack") Carver, 51, 951 W. Main St., died Friday at King's Daughters' Hospital.

A native of Madison, he was a former employee in the maintenance department at King's Daughters' Hospital.

Survivors include: his wife, Mrs. Mary Helen Welch Carver; his mother, Mrs. Evelyn Carver, Madison; two daughters: Miss Holly Carver and Miss Johanna Carver, both of Madison; a stepdaughter, Miss Teresa Bell, Madison; two stepsons: Mike Estes and Jason Young, both of Madison; and a step-granddaughter.

Services were to be held at 1 p.m. today at the Vail-Holt Funeral Home Madison Chapel. Burial was to be in Springdale Cemetery.
