Death of Mrs. E L Gillette
Mrs. Ellen Gillette, widow of Edwin L. Gillette , a resident of Niles for many years, died yesterday in Pasadena Calif., where she had lived with her daughter, Mrs. Fred C Dean for about seven years. The message announcing Mrs. Gillette's death was received by Mrs. A. F.Bither. The funeral services are to be held in Pasadena and the burial will be there also. Mrs. Gillette was past 70 years of age. For many years the family home was at Fourth and Oak Streets. Upon leaving Niles Mrs. Gillette first went to Eustice, Florida, where her son, William Gillette resides and went from there about seven years ago to Pasadena to make her home with Mr and Mrs Dean. Besides her daughter and son, William, Mrs. Gillette is survived by a son , Ralph, of Berrien Springs, and one brother, William Rosewarne of Mishawaka, Ind.
