Clyde McCreary "Mack" Dickerson 87 of Glasgow died Friday, May 31st, 2013 in Louisville after a sudden illness. He was born in Tompkinsville, the son of the late Clyde H. and Vessie McCreary Dickerson. Mr. Dickerson was a businessman and a farmer and along with his family, owned and operated Dickerson Lumber Co. He was a veteran of WWII serving in the U.S. Navy and was a member of the Glasgow Rotary Club and the Refuge Church of Christ.

He is survived by his wife Lena Margaret Rush Dickerson; 2 sons David Dickerson and Carl Dickerson and wife Margie both of Glasgow; 1 daughter Jill Bryant and husband Bob of Glasgow; 7 grandchildren Elliott Dickerson and wife Deanna of Glasgow, Mackay Dickerson and wife Stephanie of Glasgow, Bradley Dickerson of Myrtle Beach, SC, Sara Dickerson of Glasgow, Kenton Bryant of Nashville, Yates Bryant and Conner Bryant both of Glasgow; 2 sisters Joan Anderson and Ella Dickerson both of Tompkinsville and several nieces and nephews. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by a grandson Adam McCreary Dickerson, a sister Mary Emma Yokley and his step mother Ezma Dickerson Page.

Funeral services will be 2pm Monday, June 3, 2013 at the A. F. Crow & Son Funeral Home with burial in the Glasgow Municipal Cemetery. Visitation will begin at 1pm Sunday.
