Mr. Mulvaney was born May 26, 1947, in Lincoln, Illinois, a son of Paul L. and Grace Robbins Mulvaney. He married Beverly Damons.
Survivors include his mother, Grace Mulvaney, two sisters, Martha (Michael) Jones and Mary Ann (Charles) Folks, and two brothers, Gerald Mulvaney and Fred (Joyce) Mulvaney.
His father, one son and one sister preceded him in death.
Mr. Mulvaney was a factory worker at The Eureka Co. He also worked at Perry florists and delivered for Wayne and Jean Niepagen Family Florist.
He was a Navy veteran of the Vietnam War.
