He was born Dec. 29, 1943, in Cleveland, and passed away May 29, 2013, at his house with his family at his side.
Ronald was a U.S. Air Force veteran, serving during Vietnam. He belonged to the V.F.W. Post 1500 of Willoughby (cooking for many fish frys).
He was a people person who loved his community in Ridge Acres, where he was active and enjoyed walking the neighborhood. He was very proud of his rose gardens and helped out at Point Park for a year.
He was an avid Browns and Indians fan, enjoyed cooking and traveling to Davis, W. Va., but most of all he loved his family.
Ronald is survived by his loving children: daughters, Michelle (Michael) Logar and Andrea Neubecker; son, John; cherished grandchildren, Jacob, Christian, Seth and Ryan; and brother-in-law, Charlie Leaverton.
He was preceded in death by his wife, Evelyn (nee Leaverton); and parents, Stella and John Jasunas.
Friends will be received from 4 to 8 p.m. Sunday at the Jakubs-Danaher Funeral Home, 36000 Lakeshore Blvd., Eastlake.
Burial will be in All Souls Cemetery.
