Joyce is survived by her nieces, Sylvia Coe, Cynthia Tangry, Lisa (Carl) Davies, Sheilah (Michael) Scott, Wetonna (Rocky) Creekmur, Sheri Coe; nephews, Randall (Joan) Coe, Norton Greg (Paula) Coe, Brian (Lauren) Coe; sister-in-law, Erma Coe.
Joyce graduated from Sodus Central School and Ridley Secretarial School in Binghamton, NY. She then went on to work as a secretary at Eastman Kodak Company for over 38 years.
