Mrs. Jackie Faye Yerbey Perry, age 62, of Florence, died Friday, March 12, 2004 at Russellville Hospital following a brief illness. She was a member of the Sheffield DAVA.Visitation will be 6-8 p.m. today, March 14, 2004, at Greenview Funeral Home. The funeral service will be at 11 a.m. Monday, March 15, 2004, at Greenview Memorial Chapel, with burial to follow in Greenview Memorial Park. Officiating at the service will be Sonny Owens and Steve McFall.The Sheffield chapter of the DAVA will conduct graveside services at Greenview Memorial Park.Mrs. Perry was preceded in death by her husband, William Richard Perry; brother, Nickolas Matt Yerbey Jr.; grandson, Mickey Matthew Perry; and a granddaughter, Linda Sue Morgan.She is survived by two sons, Bruce O'Neal Perry Sr. and wife, Deneen, and Phillip Matthew Perry and wife, Christy; three daughters, Debra Jean Castile and husband, James, Sandra Rena Craig and husband, John, and Rebecca Jo Richardson; one brother; Robert L. Yerbey; one sister, Barbara Jean Fountain; 11 grandchildren; six great-grandchildren; and by best friends, Nannie Jo Behel, Mary Ann Morgan, Jean Rhodes, Betty Cangey; numerous family, foster kids and friends.Pallbearers will be James Morgan, Max Morgan, Tinker Boyd, Tim Richardson, Christopher Strait Perry, Dave Freeman, Jackie L. Criswell and Bruce O'Neal Perry Jr. Honorary pallbearers will include employees of KFC, Florence.Greenview Funeral Home of Florence is directing..
