Billie Jo Marshall Brush of Mount Juliet, TN, formerly of Adamsville, TN, went peacefully to Heaven on May 29, 2013.

Jo was a member of the First United Methodist Church in Adamsville, Tennessee where she loved to sing in the choir. She was retired as secretary and bookkeeper for Harwood Manufacturing and the McNairy County School System. Jo was also a member of the Community Choir Group of Adamsville and a 45 plus year member of Canasta Club. Jo was a great lover of music, traveling, and working in her flower garden. She always enjoyed spending time with friends and family.

Mrs. Brush is survived by a daughter, Shelia Brush Payne and husband Donnie of Hermitage, TN; two sisters, Luzell Hughes and husband E.J. of Adamsville, TN, Mary Parker and husband Bill of Nashville, TN; nephew, Joey Parker and wife Ann of Nashville, TN; and two great nephews, Stevenson and Will Parker.

Mrs. Brush was preceded in death by her husband, James "Tommy" Brush and her parents, Joseph Gordie and Reba Glen Butler Marshall.
