She was born on May 13, 1933 in Addison to Claude Henley and Bertha Ella Bennett Wright. She graduated from Addison High School in the Class of 1951 and went on to obtain a degree as a dental hygienist. She was a devoted member of Calvary Fellowship Church of Florence for 40 years.
She is survived by her son, Terry Keith (Jan Parker) Wilkins; daughter, Renee Wilkins (Lee) Brown; she was "Grandmother Lynn" to four grandchildren, Scarlett Wilkins Thompson, Heather-Lauren Wilkins Aldridge, Stephanie Wilkins, Zachary Brown; and three great grandchildren, Bonnie Thompson, John-Parker Aldridge and Ava Thompson.
She was preceded in death by her husband, John Carlos Wilkins; parents, Claude Henley and Bertha Ella Bennett Wright; son, Rex Myron Wilkins; brother, Henley Wright; brothers and sisters-in-law, Alan (Verna) Wright, Dual (Bernice) Wright, and Vernon (Catherine) Wright.
