Jimmy was a lifelong resident of DeRidder, Louisiana. He was a self-employed real estate agent and developer and owner of Cain-Lee Insurance Agency. He was also a rancher and breeder of Appaloosa horses and Black Angus cattle and a member of the Louisiana and Beauregard Parish Cattlemen's Associations. Jimmy was a graduate of DeRidder High School and attended McNeese State University. He was a Life Member of the National Rifle Association(NRA), an avid collector of firearms and an avid outdoorsman. He was a benefactor of the Civil War Reenactment in DeRidder and a lifelong member of the First United Methodist Church in DeRidder.
Jimmy is survived by two daughters and sons-in-law all of DeRidder; and three grandchildren.
Services were under the direction of Labby Memorial Funeral Home in DeRidder.
