Funeral services for James H. "Jimmy" Lee, 69, of DeRidder, LA, were held Friday, May 31, 2013 in Labby Memorial Funeral Home Chapel in DeRidder, LA, Rev. George L Glass, Jr. officiated. Burial followed in Beauregard Cemetery in DeRidder, LA. Jimmy passed away Tuesday, May 28, 2013, in his residence in DeRidder. Jimmy was the son of the late L. C. and Helen Cain Lee and was born on March 1, 1944.

Jimmy was a lifelong resident of DeRidder, Louisiana. He was a self-employed real estate agent and developer and owner of Cain-Lee Insurance Agency. He was also a rancher and breeder of Appaloosa horses and Black Angus cattle and a member of the Louisiana and Beauregard Parish Cattlemen's Associations. Jimmy was a graduate of DeRidder High School and attended McNeese State University. He was a Life Member of the National Rifle Association(NRA), an avid collector of firearms and an avid outdoorsman. He was a benefactor of the Civil War Reenactment in DeRidder and a lifelong member of the First United Methodist Church in DeRidder.

Jimmy is survived by two daughters and sons-in-law all of DeRidder; and three grandchildren.

Services were under the direction of Labby Memorial Funeral Home in DeRidder.
