End Came at Family Residence in City

Miss Marguerite McManamon, 24, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Patrick McManamon, 55 Graham Avenue, Lee Park, was claimed by death yesterday morning at the family residence. Pneumonia caused death.
She was graduated from Hanover Township Memorial High School class of 1936, and Wilkes-Barre Business College. Until stricken she had been employed in the Wilkes-Barre office of the State Department of Public Assistance.
Miss McManamon was widely known and news of her death caused sorrow in a large circle of friends and acquaintances. While a student she took a keen interest in dramatics and was featured in numerous plays at school.
She was a member of st. Aloysius Church and its Blessed Virgin Society. She was affiliated with the Catholic Daughters of America.
Besides her parents she leaves a sister, Mrs. Charles Malarkey, Buffalo, N. Y. and a nephew, Charles Malarkey.
Funeral services will be held from the home Monday morning. A requiem mass will be celebrated in St. Aloysius Church. Interment will be in St. Mary's Cemetery, Hanover.
