She was married to Christopher Workman in August 1858. To this union were born ten children, four of whom with the husband still survive. The living children are Norval of Laurens, Mrs. Frank Kemp (Elizabeth) of Laurens, Mrs. A.J. (Mary) Sullivan of Decatur, Illinois and Mrs. Will (Artemesa) Metcalf of Manitoba, Canada.
The funeral was held yesterday afternoon from the Christian Church conducted by the pastor, Reverend J.P. Lucas. She was buried in the Laurens cemetery.
