Dorothy A. Heinrich, 72, passed away on Friday, May 24, 2013. She was born November 25, 1940 in Houston, Texas to Fred Lee Cooper and Emily Friedel Cooper. She was a resident of Shiner, Texas. She was involved in running a commercial broiler and beef operation. She was a member of Sts. Cyril & Methodius Catholic Church.
Survivors are daughters, Diana Bukowski and Catherine Bengtson grandchildren, Matthew Bukowski, Jennifer Martinez, Victoria Valenta, Elizabeth Suneja and great grandson Payton Suneja sister, Virginia Knop and numerous nieces and nephews. Preceded in death by parents, husband Bennie Heinrich, infant children Janice and Janet Heinrich sister Carolyn Tweed and brothers Lamar Cooper and Benjamin Cooper.
Visitation on Monday, May 27,2013 from 3:30 p.m. until 6 p.m. with a 7 p.m. rosary at Thiele-Cooper Funeral Home, Yoakum, Texas. Funeral Mass on Tuesday, May 28,2013 at 4 p.m. at Sts. Cyril & Methodius Catholic Church, Shiner, Texas with Rev. Enda McKenna officiating. Burial at St. Mary's cemetery in High Hill Schulenburg, Texas. Pallbearers Matthew Bukowski, James Cooper, Robert Cooper, Mark Cooper, Mike Cooper and Brian Heinrich. Honoray Pallbearers Max Grobe, Bruce Heinrich and Christopher Knop.
In lieu of flowers donations can be made to M.D. Anderson Cancer Center and the Sts. Cyril and Methodius Catholic Church and Shiner Catholic School.
