Billie Jean Dillon, the oldest child of Bill and Loa Dillon, was born Jan. 3, 1943, in Lovell. At the age of 5 Billy went to live in Lander at the State Training School. She touched the lives of many people she came in contact with. With her guns a blazing, Bill's baby girl came home in 2003 and made her home at New Horizons Care Center where she continued to touch the lives of others with her funny personality and her fighting spirit.
Surrounded by her loving siblings, Billie Jean Dillon died on Feb. 8, 2013. She is now free of her disabilities and pain.
She was preceded in death by her parents Bill and Loa Dillon and her nephew Stuart Currie. Billie is survived by her sister Peg (Mike) Snell, sister Pam (Jim) Currie, sister Jane (John) Schneider, brother Scott (Sharon) Dillon, brother Tom Dillon, sister Sue (Shane) McKinny and sister Toni (Tom) Bassett.
