OTHA J. ACOR, 55, of Fort Wayne, died yesterday in Parkview Memorial Hospital. The former Carterville, Ill., resident was a homemaker and had lived in Fort Wayne since 1979.
Surviving are her husband, Bobby Acor; daughter, Jan Nelson of Hill Air Force Base, Utah; son, Michael Hunter of Hicksville, Ohio; stepdaughter, Lisa Golden of Memphis, Tenn.; sister, Barbara Tally of Illinois; brother, Bill Wemmer of Carterville; five grandchildren; one stepgrandchild; and one great-grandchild.
Services are 11 a.m. Tuesday in the Third Street Church of God, 427 Third Street, where calling is from 2 to 9 p.m. Monday. Burial will be in Lindenwood Cemetery. Preferred memorials are gifts to the Leukemia Foundation or the Third Street Church of God. Arrangements are by C.M. Sloan & Sons Funeral Home, 1327 Wells St.
