Visitation for Mrs. Alvina Westerman, 83, of 608 Main St., Kewaskum, who died Friday, Sept. 1, 1978, will be held after 3 p.m. toddy at Miller's Funeral Home in Kewaskum.
Mrs. Westerman died at the home of her daughter and son-in-law, Mr. and Mrs. Roman Hartmann of Nenno, with whom she resided for the last two weeks.
She was born on April 9, 1895, at St. Kilian, a daughter of Joseph and Margaret Melzer Wahlen. On Oct.26, 1915, she was married to Edward Westerman at St. Kilian. The Westermans farmed in the Town of Wayne until 1957 when they retired and moved to Kewaskum.
Mrs. Westerman was a member of Holy Trinity Church, Kewaskum, the church's Ladies Altar Society, and was a member of the Apostolate of Suffering.
Survivors include two daughters, Mrs. Roman (Florence) Hartmann of Nenno and Mrs. Byron (Beulah) Beisbier of Campbellsport; two sons, Cyril of West Bend and Harold of Town of Wayne; 11 grandchildren and five great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her husband on Dec. 29, 1977, and by one brother and two grandchildren.
Funeral services will be held at 10 a.m. Monday at the funeral home and in Holy Trinity Church at 10:30 a.m. with the Rev. John T. Budde officiating. Burial will be in new Holy Trinity Cemetery.
