Alice Conyngham Turner, widow of J. Frank Turner, and a former resident of this city, died at her home in New York City yesterday afternoon at 5:30 o’clock after several months illness of heart trouble.
Mrs. Turner was born in this city the daughter of the late Colonel Charles M. and Helen Turner Conyngham and resided in this city until her marriage to Mr. Turner and since that time has resided in New York City, where Mr. Turner died a couple of years ago.
The remains of Mrs. Turner will arrive in this city this evening and will be taken to the family residence, West South street from where the funeral will take place. Mrs. Turner is survived by one sister, Mrs. Charles Gifford of Atlantic City, and one brother, Herbert, of this city.
