According to records kept by the Racine Dominicans, Sister Jerome was buried at Old Holy Cross Cemetery in Racine, Wisconsin. Find A Grave volunteer Andrew Daft located her grave in the section reserved for Dominican nuns at the southwest corner of the cemetery.

Sister Mary Jerome's birth name was Catherine Meyer. When entering holy profession she gave her name as Anna Catherina.

On August 6, 1945, Sister Jerome celebrated her Diamond Jubilee of Religious Profession at the Convent of Saint Catherine in Racine, Wisconsin.

Sister Jerome was a music teacher. According to her grand-niece, she was joyful and had a special twinkle in her eye.
