Nancy Ann Peeples is the daughter of John Peeples (1755-1810) & Catherine McBride (1758-1805).

She was married three times. She first married Robert Raymond Reid (c1750-c1815) about 1802 and from this union had the following children: Thomas Jefferson (1802-1895); John Edward Harden (1804-1848).

Secondly, she married William Tate Speake/Speaks (1786-1820) about 1814. From this union they had William Tate Speake/Speaks Jr. (1815-1862).

Thirdly, she married Wyley Washington Peeples (1797-1890) about 1820. From this union they had the following children: Anna Elizabeth (1821-1908); Alexander McBride (1821-1894); & Eliza Rebecca (1824-1908).
