Catherine E. Swope, the widow of Harry W. Swope, of 324 Second Avenue, Hanover, and a former resident of Lebanon, died Monday at 4:30 a.m. at the Hanover General Hospital. She was 70 years old & had been ill for several months. She was a member of the Joseph Catholic Church, Hanover. Mrs. Swope was an aunt of the late Rev. Cyril Allwein, the local priest who died last January. She is survived by a number of nieces and nephews. Burial will be held in the Lebanon area.
