MCLEMORESVILLE: Frances Helen Carroll, 67, died Tuesday, September 25, at Huntingdon Health and Rehabiliation Center. Funeral services are Friday, September 28, at 2:00 p.m. in the Chapel of Chase Funeral Home with Rev. Billy Morphis officiating. Burial will follow at Carter's Chapel Cemetery. Mrs. Carroll was born February 4, 1940 to the late Leslie Mack Rhodes and Nellie H. (Meggs) Rhodes. She was a homemaker and a member of McLemoresville Methodist Church. Survivors include: her husband of 48 years, Edgar Carroll of McLemoresville; two daughters, Shirley Annette Carroll of McLemoresville and Amanda B. South of Henderson; one son, Michael H. Carroll of McLemoresville; one brother, Henry Gaylon Rhodes; five grandchildren and two great-grandchildren. The family will receive friends in the Cherrywood Room of Chase Funeral Home on Thursday from 2:00 p.m. until 9:00 p.m. and on Friday from 8:00 a.m. until time of services.
