Mrs. Mildred H. McCullough, 2840 NE Edgehill Place, died Monday while visiting at the home of a daughter in Cherry Hill, N.J. Vault interment will be in Riverview Cemetery Mausoleum in Portland.

Born June 15, 1884, in John Day, she had lived in Portland since 1937. She was a member of St. Stephens Episcopal Cathedral and PEO Sisterhood.

She is survived by four daughters, Mrs. Thomas J. Sommerville, Corbett; Mrs. Walter F. Oleksiak, Cherry Hill, N.J.; Mrs. Robert H. Becker, Berkeley, Calif., and Miss Nancy McCullough, Washington, D.C.; two sons, Robert H., Portland, and Tom, San Mateo, Calif., and 11 grandchldren.
