Joseph J. "Joe" Boxler, 78, retired farmer and former grain elevator manager, died Sunday, Dec. 12, 1993.

Vigil 7 p.m. today, service 10 a.m. Thursday, both at St. Dominic Catholic Church. Memorial has been established with the American Diabetes Association. Garnand Funeral Home.

Survivors: wife, Iris; daughter, Mary Etrick of Peoria, Ill.; sisters, Felicitas Goetz, Regina Brungardt, both of Garden City, Jan Schult of Salina, Angie Elston of Denver.
