Anna Belle Ragalyi was born August 28, 1939 in Boone County, West Virginia. She was the daughter of Charles William and Lottie Mae Hindle Ragályi. Ann was retired from the City of Cleveland as a police dispatcher for 20 years and also worked for the Cleveland Parks & Recreation Dept. Ann was proud to be a two-time cancer survivor.
