He was the son of Delbert "Bill" Brandin and Dortha May (Babb) Beaver.
In addition to his parents Delbert was preceded in death by two aunts Mable Beaver, Edna Hope; three uncles Donnie Beaver, Dean Beaver and Claude Beaver; one step daughter Shirley Dupree and a step grandson Stanley Collins.
Graveside services will be held 11:00 a.m. Saturday, May 18, 2013, in the A. J. Powell Memorial Cemetery with Rev. David Head officiating. Services are under the direction of Chapman-Black Funeral Home of Cleveland, Oklahoma.
