McMinnville resident and Madison County, TN native Carol Corlew Boyd, age 52, was born March 20, 1961 and died May 14, 2013 at River Park Hospital following injuries sustained in an automobile accident.
A Lipscomb University graduate, Certified Public Accountant with Totherow, Haile and Welch and member of Bybee Branch Church of Christ, she was the daughter of Martha Taylor of Manchester, TN and the late Jerry Nathan Corlew.
Mrs. Boyd was married September 12, 1981 to Steve Boyd of McMinnville.
In addition to her husband and mother, she is survived by three children, Allison Boyd of Nashville, TN, Tyler Boyd and fiancee Heather Robertson both of Murfreesboro, TN and Daniel Boyd and wife Laura of Nashville, TN; step-father, Charles Taylor of Manchester, TN; two brothers, Steve Corlew and Marc Corlew; numerous nieces, nephews, cousins, in-laws and friends.
Funeral service will be held at 2:00 p.m. Friday, May 17, 2013 in High's Chapel with Tony Lawrence and Steve Hillis officiating.
Burial will follow in the Old Philadelphia Cemetery.
Visitation will be held from 6:00 p.m. until 9:00 p.m. Thursday and 12:00 p.m. until time of service Friday at High's.
