Funeral services were held in Kimball, Nebraska on July 12 for Mrs. Florence Bilhorn Eisele formerly of Crete, who passed away on July 8, 1978.

She was born September 1, 1897 to Mr. and Mrs. John Bilhorn (Mary Schlichtemeier) of West Blue at Milford, Nebraska. She married Matt Eisele of Crete, and they farmed west of town for a number of years.

They were the parents of two sons, Keith of Greeley, Colorado and Gerald of Kimball who survive her with five grandchildren, two brothers, Carl of Lynwood, California and Walter of Crete. She was preceded in death by her husband, Matt, a brother, Benjamin Bilhorn, formerly of Kramer, and a sister, Mrs. Katherine Allacher of Lincoln.

Burial was in Greeley beside her husband, Matt.

Those attending from this area were Mr. and Mrs. Walter Bilborn and Mrs. Victor Allacher of Lincoln.

Final rites for Florence Eisele, 80, of Kimball who died July 9, 1978 at Kimball County Hospital, were scheduled for Wednesday at 9:30 a.m. at Allen Funeral Home with the Rev. Jack Hopkins officiating.

A graveside service was to be at 1 p.m. Wednesday in Sunset Memorial Gardens Cemetery at Greeley, Colorado. A memorial has been established in care of the family.

Born September 1, 1897 at Milford, Mrs. Eisele was married on September 9, 1920 to Matt Eisele in Lincoln. She came to Kimball County in 1930, and she and her husband farmed north of Bushnell, then lived in Bushnell, Kimball, Cheyenne, and Greeley, Colorado before returning to Kimball in 1975.

Survivors include two sons, Gerald of Kimball and Keith of Greeley; two brothers, Carl Bilhorn of Linwood, California; and Walter Bilhorn of Crete; five grandchildren and two great-grandchildren.
