Robert Howard Winnett, 63-year-old carpenter of the Centertown community, died of an extended illness at River Park Hospital at 8 a.m. Saturday.
A native of Warren County, he was married to the former Mary Travis, who survives, and was the son of the late Willie Calvin and Eliz Florence (Holder) Winnett.
He was a member of the Church of Christ.
Besides his wife he is survived by a daughter, Mrs. Betty Arledge, Route 1, Morrison; two brothers, Warren G. Winnett and Billy Winnett, Centertown; three sisters, Mrs. John Underhill and Mrs. Willis Wilson, Centertown and Mrs. Bob Milligan, McMinnville, as well as three grandchildren and a great-grandchild.
Funeral services were held in High's Chapel at 10 a.m. Monday, with burial following in Centertown Cemetery.
