Justine L. (Knew) Templin, 74, of Marion, died Sunday, May 12, 2013, at Marion General Hospital in Marion, IN. She had been a resident of Wesleyan Health Care and former Fairmount resident.
Justine was the daughter of Margaret Knew Garrison, born on November 26, 1938 in Portland, IN. She married James Templin on April 6, 1963. He preceded her in death on June 28, 2004. Justine was employed by the Chronicle-Tribune Newspaper in delivery for over 20 years as well as being a bus aide for Madison-Grant School Corp. She was a lifetime Girl Scout, Cub Scout Den Mother, former dance instructor and homemaker. Justine loved movies and was proud of her collection of over 1000 titles. She also enjoyed sewing and knitting.
She is survived by daughters, Kylee Gibson, Fairmount, and Kathryn Templin, New Castle, IN; sons, Andrew (Pamela) Templin, Concord, CA, and Tim Templin, Logansport, IN; grandchildren, Allison (Corey) Merritt, Phillip and Jonathon Templin, and Kyle and Kaden Gibson; great-grandchildren, Kelleny and Kagan Merritt; and aunt, June Goad.
Arrangements are being handled by Armes-Hunt Funeral Home, 415 S. Main St., Fairmount, IN. Funeral service will be at Armes-Hunt Funeral Home at 10:00 a.m., Saturday, May 18, 2013, with Rev. Jack St. John officiating.
