William T. Danley, 78, entered into rest Friday, May 10, 2013, at Hospice and Community Care, Mt. Joy. He was the husband of Betty Jane Danley for 32 years. A viewing will be 12 to 1 p.m. Wednesday at the John W. Keffer Funeral Homes and Crematory, Inc., 2114 W. Market St., York. The funeral service will begin at 1 p.m. Wednesday at the funeral home. Burial will be in Prospect Hill Cemetery immediately following the service. Mr. Danley was born March 14, 1935. in West York, a son of the late Charles and Fannie Florence (Plowman) Baltozer. He retired from Caterpillar in 1997 and had previously been employed at Schmidt and Ault Paper Mill. He attended West York High School and was a member of the United Auto Workers Union. Bill is survived by his wife; children, Pamela Lee Danley, Bonnie Lou Turbyfield, William Danley, Jr., Jeffrey Danley, Dennis Betz, Jr., and Rochelle Detter; 11 grandchildren; five great-grandchildren; brothers and sister, Larry Baltozer, Patricia Ann Strine, and Luther Danley; a brother-in-law, John Brandenburg, Jr., and wife, Sharon; and three nieces and numerous close friends. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Hospice and Community Care, 4075 Old Harrisburg Road, Mt. Joy, PA 17552; or to Pulmonary Arterial Hypertension, 801 Roeder Road, Suite 1000, Silver Spring, MD 20910.
