He was born in Greenwood, a son of the late E. B. and Alice Aiton Dorn.
He was a member of the Pelion Ruritan Club and a former mayor of Pelion.
Surviving are his widow, Mrs. Miriam Fogle Dorn; a daughter, Miss Donette Dorn of the home; and a sister, Mrs. L. G. (Mary) Burnette of Callison.
Services for E. W. "Bill" Dorn will be 3 p.m. today in the Pelion Methodist Church conducted by the Rev. E. S. Finklea. Burial will be in the Pelion Cemetery.
Mr. Dorn died Thursday.
Pallbearers will be Harry Fogle, Frankie Fogle, Curry Burnett, Clifton Addy, Richard Sanders and Ray Schumpert.
Caughman-Harman Funeral Home is in charge.
