Montgomery, Nov 26 – Otis Blair, 68, retired business man and lifelong resident of Montgomery, died this morning at his house following ten weeks illness.
Mr. Blair formerly operated a trucking business in Montgomery. After selling his business a few years ago he had been driver of the school bus.
Mr. Blair, son of the late Eurana Earle and Lewis Cass Blair, was born in Camden Township, Nov 7, 1878. In 1903 he was married to Bertha Colton who died in 1907. He married again in Nov 25, 1933 to Katherine Darr who survives him. Mr. Blair was president of the Montgomery Village Council for 17 year and was active in civic affairs.
