Fred F. Edwards, of Greenwood, died at Country Meadow Personal Care Home in Greenwood at the age of 83. Services were 1pm, Mon, Feb 7, 2011 at Wilson & Knight Funeral Home. He was a member of Calvary Baptist Church. He graduated from MS State Univ and a long-time member of Gumbo Hunting Club.
He is survived by two sons, his brother and sister and two grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his wife Shirley Farrish Edwards and by his parents Homer and Lula Wilkes Edwards.
Pallbearers were Brad Edwards, Reed Edwards, Glenn Hitt, Bobby Howell, Ronnie Killebrew, Jerry Eads.
