Genneva Bazel Ray of Harriman, our dear mother, went home to be with the Lord, Thursday, December 11, 2003 at the Methodist Medical Center of Oak Ridge, TN.
She was the daughter of Annie Mae Goins and Samuel Bazel. She was preceded in death by her parents, husband Curtis Ray, daughers Elizabeth Sloan and Rosa Bazel, sister Barbara Ann Matlock and brothers John Shirley, Ricky Bazel and David Bazel.

Funeral 2pm Tuesday at Kyker Funeral Home Chapel in Harriman with Rev. Margaret Mack officiating. Interment in New Bazeltown Cemetery. The family will receive friends from 12 noon to 2pm Tuesday at Kyker Funeral Home in Harriman.
