EDGAR LEJEUNE
The funeral of Edgar Lejeune, brother of Mrs. Paul M. Hebert, acting president at the University, who died unexpectedly of a heart attack at 5 a.m. yesterday in Alexandria, was held today at 9:30 a.m. at Rebenhorst funeral home with burial in Grace Episcopal Church in St. Francisville.
He was stricken at his home and died in an ambulance en route to the hospital.
Edgar Lejeune lived in Alexandria and was originally of this section. He was also the brother of Mrs. Frank L. Clack of Baton Rouge.
Mr. Lejeune was the son of the late Ovide Lejeune and Claire Weber Lejeune of Point Coupee parish. He was born at St. Francisville and was 40 years old having resided here many years.
