Roy Richard Peurifoy Sr., 60, passed away on Tuesday, May 7, at a local hospital. A graveside service will be held on Friday, May 10th at 11 a.m. at Glen Haven Memorial Gardens with Pastor Joey Hamrick officiating. A visitation will be held on Thursday, May 9th from 5-7 p.m. at Snow's Memorial Chapel, Pio Nono. Flowers will be accepted or donations may be made to Day Star Church of God, 5874 N. Wesleyan Drive, Macon 31210.
Mr. Peurifoy was born in Griffin, Georgia, the son of the late Annie Ruth Greer Peurifoy and John Millard Peurifoy. He was retired from Ortho Georgia as a pharmacy delivery.
