She was born in Jackson County, W.Va., a daughter of the late David E. and Harriett Smith Moore. She moved to the West Salem area in 1967 and was a homemaker. She and her husband cared for several children, including Clark Lemley of Ravenna, Ohio.
She attended Congress Community Church in West Salem.
She is survived by one brother, Everett Moore of Parkersburg; two sisters, Inez Sommerville of Sandyville, and Fanny Burke of Belpre; and several nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Carl Flinn, in 1988; six brothers and one sister.
Services will be 10 a.m. Tuesday at the Matteson Funeral Home, West Salem, with the Rev. Christopher Cottrell officiating. Graveside services will be 2:30 p.m. at Evergreen South Cemetery, Parkersburg.
Kimes Funeral Home, Parkersburg, is in charge of arrangements.
