Charles was a Lifetime Vice President of Houston Livestock Show and Rodeo and a member of the Tejas Vaqueros He was a 32nd Degree Scottish Rite of Freemasonry and a member of Masonic Lodge #1195. Visitation will be from 5 PM to 8 PM Thursday, May 9, 2013 and funeral services will be at 2 PM Friday, May 10, 2013 at Woodlawn Funeral Home Chapel with burial to follow at Woodlawn Garden of Memories.
