Mr. T. E. Brooks of Rainsville, AL passed away Tuesday, August 29, 2000 at BMC- Dekalb Hospital. Funeral services will be Thursday, August 31, 2000 at 4 pm CDT at the Rainsville Funeral Home Chapel with Anthony Pannell officiating. Burial will follow in the Kirk memorial Gardens.

Survivors include 1 Son; James E. Brooks of Sylvania, AL, 1 Daughter; Sylvia Mae Dobbs of Marritta, GA, 1 Brother; J. D. Brooks of Rossville, GA, 3 Sisters; Emma Parker of Chattanooga, TN, Marie Pendergrass of Boaz, AL and Thelma Lee Davis of Henagar, AL; 7 Grandchildren and several Great-Grandchildren.
