Louise B. Meyer, 97, of Highland died at 8:10 a.m. Saturday in St. Joseph's Hospital, Highland, where she was a patient 10 days.
Formerly of the Marine-St. Jacob area, she had lived in Highland with a daughter, Mrs. Othmar (Minnie) Raeber, since the death of her husband, Hugo E. Meyer, in 1944.
She was born March 15, 1874, in Marine, a daughter of Charles and Minnie Burgdorf Adler. She was married in November, 1894, in St. Jacob. Her husband died July 29, 1944.
She also leaves two other daughters, Mrs. Earl (Leola) Schmidt and Mrs. Harold (Marie) Schmidt, both of Troy; sons Fred Meyer of St. Jacob and Edward Meyer of Mount Vernon; 12 grandchildren; 22 great-grandchildren and two great-great-grandchildren.
Four brothers and a sister are deceased.
Friends may call at Spengel-Boulanger Funeral Home in Highland until 2 p.m. Tuesday, when services will be held in the funeral home.
The Rev. R.H. Mornhinweg of Troy will officiate.
Burial will be in Keystone Cemetery, St. Jacob.
