Several from here attended the funeral of Oscar Alford at his home near Honeoye [Ontario Co.] this afternoon at 2 o’clock, with interment in Evergreen cemetery, Bristol.
He was a former resident of this place and died Monday morning, after a long illness, at the age of 70 years.
Besides his wife he leaves two sons, Raymond and Victor Alford of Richmond and two daughters, Mrs. Mae Conlin, of Canandaigua and Mrs. Bessie Griswold of this place and three grandchildren, Carmaleta, Donald and George Franklin Griswold.
