Adele Frances Hodges Babyak, 91, of Dresden died Monday, May 6, 2013 at Volunteer Community Hospital in Martin. Funeral services for Mrs. Babyak will be Wednesday, May 8, 2013 at Bowlin Funeral Home with burial following in Sunset Cemetery in Dresden. Friends may call Tuesday evening from 5:00 pm until 8:00 pm and again Wednesday from 10:00 am until service time at 1:00 pm.

Mrs. Babyak was born November 4, 1921 in Gleason, TN to the late Bob and Era Bynum Hodges. She was a self employed beautician for 65 years, a member of First Baptist Church in Dresden, Vota Vita Sunday School Class, Eastern Star, American Legion Auxillary and Tennessee Volunteer Quilt Guild.

In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her husband, Edward Babyak. She is survived by daughters; Brenda (Steve) Biggs of Gleason and Melinda (Rourk) Dunlap of Paris. She is also survived by grandchildren, Kyle (Jennifer) Dunlap, Troy Dunlap and Stephanie (Jimmy) Butler and great grandchildren, Haven Dunlap, Heather and Katie Butler.
