Warner Louie Waugh, 80, of East Brainerd, died Monday, April 29. A resident of Chattanooga for the past 55 years, he was retired from Sears after 32 years of service. Mr. Waugh was a member of the East Brainerd Church of Christ. He was preceded in death by his son, Lance Corporal Ronald L. Waugh. He is survived by his wife, Irene Waugh; a sister, Alma Belew of Clarksburg; a niece, Kimberly Clingan of Chattanooga; and several other nieces and nephews. Services were held at 11 a.m. Thursday, May 2, in the chapel of with Bro. John Cupp, Bro. Glen Gray and Rev. Mike McGinnis officiating. Burial followed in the Lakewood Memory Gardens, East, with Rev. Ray Walker officiating. His nephews served as pallbearers and Sears Retirees served as honorary pallbearers. Arrangements were made by Heritage Funeral Home, East Brainerd Road.
