Mr. and Mrs. James Wingert have rented their beautiful residence property on East Sixth Street to Prof. Frazier and family. Prof. Frazier is the new professor of oratory and debating in Indiana University. He comes here from the university at Rochester, New York. The Wingert family is going to move to Chrisman, Ill., the former home of Mrs. Wingert. Mr. Wingert is a well known traveling salesman for the C. A. Schrader Wholesale Grocery Company of Indianapolis.
