Ralph Jay Apple Jr., 85, of Fort Pierce, FL passed away on May 2, 2013 at Lawnwood Regional Medical Center.

Ralph was born in Farmersville, Ohio to Ralph Jay and Merna Weimer Apple. He has lived in Fort Pierce since 1992 coming from New Mexico. Ralph had lived in Fort Pierce from 1960 to 1979 prior to leaving for New Mexico.

He served in the U.S. Navy during World War II.

Before retirement, Ralph was a machinist in the Aerospace industry.

Ralph is survived by his wife of 62 years Pat M. Apple; sons David Apple of Lake Alfred, FL, Mark Apple of Gainesville, FL, and Frank Apple of Orlando, FL; daughter Marianne Mikle of Houston, TX; 10 grandchildren; 5 great grandchildren; brother John Apple of Middletown, OH; and sister Nancy Daniels of Brookville, OH.

Ralph would like to be remembered by love and kindness.
