EDWARD A. ADAMS
Edward A. "Ted" Adams, of New Oxford R. 1 died at the Hanover Hospital Sunday afternoon. Mr. Adams, a retired carpenter was 75.

Born in Adams County, he was the son of the late Henry J. and Annie Lawrence Adams.

Mr. Adams was a member of the Immaculate Heart of Mary Church in Abbottstown.

Surviving are his wife, Dorothy M. Eline Adams, a daughter, Mrs. Thomas (Maxine) Kiser of New Oxford R. 1, and five grandchildren.

Also surviving are a sister, Mrs. Willis Smith of Abbottstown, and three brothers, William Adams of Hanover R. 4, Richard Adams Of New Oxford R. 1, and Robert Adams of New Oxford R. 4.

Funeral Services will be Wednesday morning. Friends will meet at Feiser Funeral Home in New Oxford at 8:15 a.m. to go to a Mass of Christian Burial at the Immaculate Heart of Mary Church in Abbottstown. The Rev Thomas I. Mannion will be celebrant. Burial will be in the McSherrystown Cemetery.

Friends may call at the funeral home Tuesday evening from 7 to 9 p.m. Prayers will be at 8.
