Jack T. Tackebury passed away Tuesday, April 14, 1992, at the Veterans Administration Medical Facility. Age 53 years. He was born July 27, 1938 in Birch Run. He served with the U.S. Army and the U.S. Coast Guard.

Surviving are two daughters, Tracy Briggs, Montrose; Amy Howard, Saginaw; three grandchildren, Jerry, Windy and Bobbie Sue; a sister, Judy Vollmer, Florida; many nieces and nephews. Six brothers and two sisters have predeceased him....military burial under the auspices of V.F.W. Post No. 1859 in Eastlawn Memorial Gardens....
