Douglas A. "Doug" Heiskell, 55, of Parsons, died at 2:40 a.m., Monday, April 29, 2013, at Via Christi Hospital in Pittsburg. He is survived by his wife, Mary Heiskell, of the home.

Funeral services will be held at 10:00 a.m., Friday, May 3, 2013, at the Parsons Foursquare Church. Burial will be in Springhill Cemetery. The family will receive friends from 6:30 – 8:00 p.m., Thursday, at Forbes-Hoffman Funeral Home in Parsons.

Memorials are suggested to the Doug Heiskell Memorial Fund to help defray expenses. These may be left at or mailed to Forbes-Hoffman Funeral Home, P.O. Box 374, Parsons, KS 67357.
