Jean Baker Todd, age 75, Bellevue Circle, died at a local hospital yesterday after an extended illness.
She was a native and lifelong resident of Gadsden. She was the Art Supervisor with Gadsden Board of Education for 30 years prior to her retirement.
Funeral service will be tomorrow at 1:30 p.m. Collier-Butler Funeral Home.
She is survived by one sister, Mrs. L. J. Hill, Birmingham, AL; nieces, Mrs. Doyal Johns, Mrs. Gerald Hamilton, Miss May Hill; nephews, John A. King, Robert H. King; great nieces and nephews.

Jean Baker was a daughter of Daniel and Frances Baker.
Jean and Fred M. Todd married in 1922 in Etowah County.
By 1930, she was divorced living in Gadsden and Mr. Todd had moved to Georgia.
Jean continued to reside in Gadsden until her death.
